About the role Mater at Home is looking for a passionate Clinical Manager to join the team! This position will be based in Springfield at the Mater Health Hub, in a permanent full-time capacity.

Springfield has been delivering multidisciplinary health and wellbeing services to the community, establishing itself as a key platform for care outside the hospital setting. The hub provides integrated services across a range of Allied Health disciplines, alongside consultancy suites for specialists and spaces for group programs. Co-located with Mater Education’s regional facility, it supports clinical care, education and community engagement.
This combined clinical and operational role of Manager, Health Hub & Senior
Physiotherapist is pivotal to sustaining and growing the hub’s impact. The position blends operational leadership with advanced clinical practice in physiotherapy.
Salary range: $75.31 - $78.59 per hour plus superannuation

[https://www.mater.org.au/group/careers/working-with-mater] What you’ll be doing Develop, implement, and grow innovative integrated care programs and services consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Mater Monitor service demand and market movements to ensure services are continuously meeting community needs.
Develop and manage external partnerships required for the ongoing growth and sustainability of the Health Hub, Springfield Management oversight of the establishment of collaborative functions at the facility across the various services operating out of the Health Hub, Springfield Co-ordinate, oversee, organise and manage the day-to-day operations including events within the space and Springfield community,
looking after customer relations tasks to ensure all customers and clients have a positive experience at the Mater Springfield Health Hub Collaborate with Mater Corporate Affairs team to promote Health Hub services Delivering high-level physiotherapy services, mentoring clinicians and fostering a learning culture Leading the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, innovative and effective clinical services through building team cohesion, supporting professional development, and coordinating quality improvement and research initiatives aligned to Mater’s strategy About you Essential Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy; Current AHPRA registration; Eligibility for a Medicare provider number Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and networking experience Demonstrated advanced level clinical expertise and ability to clinically lead and coordinate a team in the delivery of patient centred care Demonstrated experience in leading, operationally managing and growing a clinical service in line with departmental plan/strategy Demonstrated experience in driving workforce productivity and leading change through in the development of research, quality improvement initiatives and innovative models of care Advanced communication and negotiation skills including experience in fostering engagement, influencing outcomes, addressing conflict and advocating with profession and multidisciplinary teams, patients, carers and other stakeholders Experience in developing public education exhibits / displays and event management Desirable Qualification in business, leadership, and/or marketing Why join us?
