TACTIC is seeking an Analyst to support a rapid-growing Sydney Occupier Advisory team, the only commercial real estate advisory in Australia to offer a fully integrated service across Workplace Strategy & Design, Occupier (Tenant) Advisory, and end-to-end Fitout Delivery. TACTIC is a rapidly expanding national firm with offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Adelaide, partnering with occupiers to align real estate decisions with business strategy.
Analysts will work closely with multiple agents across projects of varying scale, supporting pitches and proposals, preparing financial comparisons, undertaking market research, and providing broader team support to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients. Applicants will most likely grow into a client facing role.
The position will suit someone that is currently in the final years of university or recently graduated.
