You'll work directly with business owners, primary producers, investors, families and private clients across a broad range of commercial, property and succession matters.
Your practice will include:
· Commercial contracts and transactions
· Business sales and acquisitions
· Commercial and retail leasing
· Property acquisitions and disposals
· Estate planning and succession matters
· Elder law and private client advisory work
· Asset protection and intergenerational wealth transfer
What we're looking for:
· 3-7+ years PQE
· Strong commercial and property law experience
· Excellent drafting and client relationship skills
· Ability to work independently
· Practical, solutions-focused approach
· Current NSW Practising Certificate
