Commercial is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Junior Leasing Executive to join our high-performing team. In this role, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties and play a key role in shaping leasing strategies and tenant relationships. Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of office, retail, and industrial properties

Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental returns

Source and secure recent tenants through targeted marketing and networking

Negotiate lease agreements and renewals to ensure mutually beneficial terms

Conduct property inspections and identify opportunities for value enhancement

Maintain strong tenant relationships and resolve issues promptly

Collaborate with property management and marketing teams to promote vacancies





Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes Requirements:

Experience in commercial or residential leasing A desire to succeed, learn and grow within a team of professionals

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Understanding commercial real estate market dynamics

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
