Consultant – Real Estate Advisory | 6–9 Month Initial Contract | Sydney An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Consultant to join a highly regarded advisory organisation supporting major public sector clients across NSW.

This is an initial 6–9 month contract and would suit an experienced real estate professional who enjoys combining financial modelling, investment analysis, valuation and strategic advisory across complex property and infrastructure projects.

The Opportunity

Working alongside senior Corporate Finance advisers, you will support the delivery of independent commercial and financial advice on significant projects and investment decisions.

Key responsibilities will include

- Building and reviewing complex financial models, including development feasibility, DCF, valuation and scenario analysis
- Undertaking investment, valuation and commercial analysis across major property and capital projects
- Assessing market dynamics, commercial opportunities, risks and key value drivers
- Reviewing business cases, investment proposals and development opportunities
- Conducting market research and analysis to support strategic recommendations
- Preparing high-quality presentations, reports,



investment papers and client materials
- Working directly with senior stakeholders, clients, advisers and other external parties
- Supporting negotiations and commercial discussions relating to property transactions, developments and partnerships

About You The successful candidate is likely to have 5–8 years' experience gained within a leading:

- Property developer
- Real estate investment or private equity business
- Funds management organisation
- Real estate advisory or consulting firm

You will ideally bring experience across real estate investment, acquisitions, development feasibility, valuation, capital transactions, or property advisory, alongside robust financial modelling capability. You'll need to be comfortable independently building, reviewing and challenging complex models, with a strong understanding of real estate investment metrics, valuation methodologies, development feasibility and scenario analysis.
