We're looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our established practice in the Northern Rivers. This is an opportunity to step straight into a busy caseload, with referrals ready to commence immediately .

Our practice provides services across the lifespan, with a strong paediatric focus, and includes a purpose-built sensory gym designed to support engaging, meaningful therapy.

About the role

- Contract position commencing at 2 days per week , with the opportunity to increase as demand grows.

- Immediate caseload with referrals waiting.

- Work with clients across the lifespan, including a significant paediatric caseload.

- Deliver assessments, intervention and high-quality clinical reports, including Functional Capacity Assessments.

- Flexible working arrangements within a supportive private practice.

Essential requirements

This role is not suitable for recent graduates.

Applicants must have:

- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.

- Demonstrated experience working with paediatric clients .





- The ability to independently manage a clinical caseload from commencement.

- Excellent report writing skills , including experience completing Functional Capacity Assessments and other comprehensive reports.

- A commitment to neuro-affirming, strengths-based practice.

- Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
