THE WORK

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad mix of high-quality corporate matters from day one.

You will work closely with leading corporate partners advising Australian and international clients on:

- Private mergers and acquisitions
- Joint ventures
- Asset and company acquisitions and disposals
- Capital raisings for listed and unlisted companies
- Corporate governance and compliance
- Corporate and commercial transactions
- Due diligence and transaction management
- Commercial agreements
- Energy & Resources transactions

You'll also have the opportunity to work directly with clients, assist with strategic commercial advice, participate in complex transactions from inception through to completion, and continue building your technical expertise in a supportive team workplace. THE IDEAL LAWYER To be successful, you will ideally have:

- 2-3 years' post-admission experience in Corporate law
- Experience across private M&A;, joint ventures,



asset and company acquisitions and disposals, capital raisings and corporate governance
- A sound understanding of the Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules and general corporate compliance
- Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
- A collaborative approach and genuine desire to continue learning from experienced practitioners
- Energy & Resources experience will be viewed favourably but is not essential
