As our agency continues to grow, we are seeking a cool, calm and collected property manager. The right person must be organised with excellent time management skills whilst enjoying the challenge of working in a supportive and progressive team environment.

Working alongside our senior property manager, leasing team & director, this is an ideal opportunity to deal in the prestigious Inner city property market and thrive.

The role:

A Monday to Friday role only (with WFH options), you as the Property Manager will take control of a portfolio of around 120 properties. You will be given full support from administrators, accountants and our leasing team and your only focus is to run this portfolio in a sound qualified way.

- Repairs & maintenance management
- Arrears management
- In/outgoing and routine inspections
- Client relationship management
- Liaising with landlords
- Attending tribunal, dispute resolution

The ideal candidate will have:





- Minimum of 1-3 years Property Managers experience
- 'Propertyme' experience preferred but happy to train you
- Knowledge of 'Propertyme' (or similar system)
- A focus on delivering excellent service
- Sound attention to detail & prompt communication skills
