As a Certificate III Business trainee, you’ll play a vital role within a supportive office environment.

This is your chance to gain a Certificate III in Business (BSB30120) - while working full time and getting paid. You’ll be supported every step of the way in a real workplace environment that values growth and development.

- You will be the first point of contact for LTBS including phone calls, emails and reception duties - we want your high-level customer service skills to shine.
- Manage incoming mail and email correspondence & action or distribute accordingly.
- You will learn how to coordinate the residential invoicing process.
- You will also coordinate the Start Work Notice (SWN) process for the residential team.




- Your attention to detail is of the utmost importance - you will be sending out Certificates of Likely Compliance (CLC) at the completion of technical assessments.
- You will also be responsible for sending out Building Permit & Notifiable Works letters.
- Coordination of the engineering inspection process for the residential team.
- You will also provide additional administrative support to the greater LTBS team.

- Strong computer and word processing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including experience in customer service.
- A team player with a flexible and proactive approach.
- Ability to work within a fast paced environment with shifting priorities.
