The Buttery is seeking a Brief Intervention Case Manager to provide trauma-informed, person-centred care. You will deliver brief interventions, support with relapse prevention, and coordinate case management with community partners.
You will work 35 hours per week in a hybrid arrangement across the Coffs Harbour area, with a vehicle provided for outreach. Ongoing roles are funded through mid-2027 with potential extension.
