Located in Macquarie Park with onsite parking and excellent public transport access, the business offers a hybrid working model following initial training (2 days in the office and 3 days working from home).

The Opportunity Reporting to the Collections Team Leader, you will manage an early arrears portfolio of asset finance accounts up to 30 days past due. This is a fast-paced collections environment where you'll work with customers to achieve positive outcomes while meeting service and compliance standards.

You will be responsible for the following duties:

- Managing an early arrears portfolio (up to 30 days past due)




- Conducting inbound and outbound collections calls
- Negotiating payment arrangements and resolving overdue accounts
- Assessing customer circumstances and identifying appropriate repayment solutions
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer enquiries
- Maintaining accurate records and complying with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Achieving individual collections and quality KPIs

About You To be successful in this chance, you must have experience in the following areas:

- Previous experience working in a collections, arrears or recoveries environment
- Exposure to asset finance, banking or financial services will be highly regarded
- Confidence managing difficult conversations while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach
- Robust negotiation and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work in a KPI-driven environment
- Immediate availability or the ability to commence at short notice
