We're a growing Sydney rope access and facade restoration company looking for an experienced IRATA Level 3 technician to step up and run our crews on site.

This is a genuine leadership role where you'll be the senior person on the ropes, planning the rigging, keeping the crew safe, mentoring the junior techs, and dealing directly with clients. If you're after more responsibility this, is it.

What you'll be doing

- Running rope access crews on facade restoration and remedial repair jobs across Sydney
- Planning and checking rigging, anchor points, and rescue plans before work starts
- Keeping the crew safe and the job on schedule
- Mentoring junior technicians and signing off on their competency
- Liaising with clients and site contacts

What you need

- IRATA Level 2 or Level 3 Certification (current)
- Construction Induction (White Card)




- Working Safely at Heights Certificate
- Solid painting, facade, or remedial work experience
- Experience running or supervising a crewCurrent driver's licence
- Valid Australian work rights

Pay & hours

- Rate based on your experience and IRATA level - let's talk
- 6:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday work by agreement)
- Varied work: pressure washing, caulking, concrete repairs, and painting on facade restoration projects
- Locations vary across Sydney
