About the Role Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, and as the 'head of' the home, you'll lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care and creating a warm, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff. This is a rewarding leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact-driving quality care, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the smooth operation of our home.

Qualifications / Experience

- You'll be a robust business leader with commercial acumen and a generous style of management.
- A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
- Spent at least five years in a management role
- A background in aged or medical care
- Worked with a number of different systems
