We are seeking experienced Enrolled Nurses todeliver inclusive and person-centred quality care and support at both our Busselton and Dunsborough facilities.

We offer a variety of rosters available presently, including AM & PM and PM & Nights.

Competitive hourly rate of $42.85 per hour + super + penalties + salary packaging.

Key responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Registered Nurses to develop and implement individualised Care Plans.
- Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and involve residents/relatives in care planning.
- Deliver skilled care, including safe medication administration, infection control, clinical observations, and compliance with medical orders and Aged Care Act standards.
- Monitor, evaluate, and document care outcomes in line with legal and clinical requirements.
- Coordinate daily activities, ensuring resident needs are met, resources are used effectively, and standards of care are maintained.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and feedback to Carers and Care Support staff.
- Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare personnel to support quality care.
- Assist with admissions, escalate changes in health status,



and complete additional duties as directed.

To be successful in this role:

- Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA Registration.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Enrolled Nurse within an Aged Care environment preferred.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
