Housecroo Cleaning Services is looking for two experienced casual cleaners to join our growing cleaning team.

This role is suitable for someone who already has cleaning experience, takes pride in their work and is looking for consistent casual work between 10 and 25 hours per week.

Having your own reliable car is essential. Please do not apply if you do not have your own car, as cleaners will eventually be required to travel directly to customer job sites.

About the role For the first one to two months, you will work directly alongside the owner of Housecroo Cleaning Services. This period will be used to train you in our cleaning process, quality standards, checklists and customer service expectations.

Once your cleaning quality and reliability have been verified, you will be approved to attend and complete jobs independently.

Housecroo will provide the essential cleaning tools and products required for the work. When working independently, you will be responsible for keeping the issued equipment organised and reporting when products need to be restocked.

Hours

- Approximately 10–25 hours per week
- Usually two to three working days per week
- Additional days may sometimes be available
- Most work will be during weekdays ( Monday to Friday)
- Hours will depend on customer bookings
- No minimum weekly hours are guaranteed

Pay
- $33.85 per hour plus superannuation during the supervised training and probation period
- $35 per hour plus superannuation once approved to complete jobs independently
- Any applicable penalty rates will be paid where legally required





Before ongoing employment is confirmed, shortlisted applicants may be required to complete two to three paid assessment cleans so that we can properly assess cleaning quality, speed, reliability and attention to detail.

What we are looking for

You must

- Have previous professional cleaning experience
- Have your own reliable car
- Hold a valid driver licence
- Be reliable and arrive on time
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be able to follow cleaning checklists and instructions
- Be comfortable completing residential cleaning jobs
- Be physically capable of performing cleaning work
- Have a working mobile phone
- Have the legal right to work in Australia
- Communicate professionally with customers and the Housecroo team

Experience with end-of-lease cleaning, deep cleaning, bathrooms, kitchens and detailed residential cleaning will be highly regarded.

Pay: $33.85 – $35.00 per hour
