The role:

You’ll be managing overdue accounts, speaking with debtors, negotiating payments and settlements, and helping clients recover what they’re owed—all while staying compliant and skilled.

What you’ll be doing:

- Managing a portfolio of overdue accounts
- Contacting debtors via phone, email, and SMS
- Negotiating payment plans and settlements
- Maintaining accurate file notes and records
- Working within ACCC guidelines and company procedures

- Proven experience in debt collection or accounts receivable
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with confidence and professionalism
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
