Key Responsibilities:
- Actively generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Conduct property appraisals and presentations to potential sellers.
- Negotiate sales and manage the entire sales process from listing to settlement.
- Maintain solid relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- A current Agent’s Representative certificate (required).
- Previous real estate experience is welcome but not essential.
- A passion for real estate and a commitment to achieving results.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
