Fitness Lecturer / Mentor – Coomera QLD

SRPT Education is seeking an experienced Lecturer/Mentor to guide the next generation of personal trainers through their Certificate IV in Fitness practical journey.

About the Role

- Deliver engaging Certificate IV in Fitness practical sessions.
- Lectures are held every second Saturday between 10am – 3pm (minimum 5 hours per session).
- Each academy runs for a total of 35 hours of delivery.
- Ongoing opportunities available.
- Rate: $50 per hour.

About You We’re seeking a professional, approachable, and motivated fitness trainer who enjoys mentoring others. You’ll have the opportunity to help students build their confidence and practical skills as they prepare to enter the fitness industry.

Requirements





- Hold a Certificate IV in Fitness (SIS40221 or equivalent)
- Have been actively working in the fitness industry for the past 12 months
- Possess excellent communication and people skills
- Be passionate about education, mentoring, and career development
