What will you do?

Food and Beverage Attendants:

- Deliver outstanding food and beverage service across a variety of outlets
- Provide hands-on service, utilising your barista and bartending skills across bar and dining environments
- Demonstrate solid knowledge of menu offerings, confidently make recommendations, and accommodate dietary requirements
- Create a welcoming, engaging, and memorable guest experience
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation,



and operational compliance
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements

Team Leaders:

- Lead, motivate, and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Ensure service standards and operational procedures are consistently executed
- Support team capability through on-the-job coaching, training, and performance guidance
- Drive sales through effective upselling and execution of promotional initiatives
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture

More about you

- Previous experience in food and beverage service within a volume driven venue
- Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Safety Certificates
- Team Leaders: Approved Manager’s Card and demonstrated leadership experience
- Barista and bartender skills is highly desirable
- Passion for hospitality and creating expectational guest experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
