What you’ll do
- Manage the end-to-end product development process, including accurate and timely submission of technical packs to manufacturers.
- Collaborate with the Design team to address and resolve development or design challenges.
- Source and select trims, fabrications, and colors that meet our quality standards.
- Attend fit sessions to ensure product quality, using technical expertise to approve final samples alongside the GT.
- Assist with trend forecasting, tech drawings, and general sample management.
- Verify that final products align with original design briefs and manufacturing capabilities to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Participate in range planning meetings to ensure a balanced selection of styles, colors, and materials.
- Keep range boards current and aligned with planning requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a design or product development team.
- Proven background in print, fabric, and trim development.
- Robust ability to forecast trends with a focus on commercial fashion.
- Knowledge of industry-specific compliance and regulatory standards.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a high-speed environment.
