About the Role

We currently have exciting full-time opportunities available inIngleburn, where you’ll play a key role in supporting job seekers on their journey to employment. If you’re energetic, solutions-focused, and thrive on building robust relationships, this is your chance to be part of something impactful.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

What You’ll Do

Drive outcomes by placing job seekers into sustainable employment

Develop tailored strategies and interventions to support job seekers

Deliver high-quality recruitment and training services with professionalism and care

Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and community partners

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and internal processes

Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
