Property Placements is seeking a full time (or fractional) HR Manager to join the leadership team and build a high-impact People & Culture function. The role reports to the General Manager Operations and collaborates with the Executive Leadership Team to shape a commercially focused HR strategy.
Key priorities include developing a People & Culture strategy, building scalable governance for a national business, and leading ER/IR across a large workforce.
