K2 Max is Melbourne's newest altitude training studio, helping people improve their fitness, health and performance through simulated altitude training and VO₂ Max testing.

We're looking for an ambitious Membership Sales Consultant who enjoys building relationships, generating new business and helping people take the first step towards achieving their goals.

About the role

You’ll play an important role in welcoming new members, building lasting relationships and supporting the continued growth of K2 Max.

You’ll manage enquiries, convert prospects into members, build local partnerships and create opportunities to introduce more people to K2 Max.

No 2 days will be the same.

Your responsibilities

- Convert enquiries into memberships
- Follow up all website, phone and walk in leads
- Guide trial members into ongoing memberships
- Conduct studio tours and consultations
- Build relationships with local sporting clubs, businesses and community groups
- Attend local events and networking opportunities
- Generate referrals from existing members
- Keep accurate records of all leads and follow ups
- Work with the marketing team to maximise campaign results
- Consistently achieve monthly membership targets

About you





You love talking to people and know how to turn conversations into opportunities.

You are:

- Driven by achieving results
- Comfortable asking for the sale
- Self motivated and proactive
- Organised with excellent follow up skills
- Passionate about health, fitness or sport
- Able to work independently and take ownership of your pipeline

Experience

You'll ideally have experience in one or more of the following:

- Fitness sales
- Retail sales
- Customer relationship management

A fitness background is essential so you can have knowledgeable, credible conversations that help prospective members understand how K2 Max can support their goals.
