Sanctuary Lakes Resort is seeking a professional, reliable and customer-focused Resort Service Officer / Security Patrol Officer to join our team.
This is a unique role combining security patrols, alarm response, CCTV monitoring and resident support within a premium residential community. If you enjoy working independently, have strong observation skills and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities
Conduct mobile patrols across the estate and observe/report suspicious behaviour, incidents and vandalism
Respond to home, building, duress and smoke alarms within required timeframes
Monitor CCTV and complete accurate incident reports
Assist residents with minor alarm troubleshooting where required
Follow site procedures,
KPIs and reporting requirements at all times
About you
Professional, reliable and confident working independently
Strong communication and customer service skills
Calm under pressure with positive attention to detail
Comfortable using technology and reporting systems
Current Victorian Security Licence
Current Driver’s Licence
Current First Aid and CPR certificate
Traffic Management preferred
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends/public holidays if required
