The Role

We’re looking for a Civil Foreman with proven local council road reconstruction experience—someone who can lead from the front, keep a crew moving, and deliver tidy outcomes across concreting, asphalt and drainage packages.

If you’re the kind of foreman who sets the tempo on site, holds quality, and doesn’t need chasing to keep things on track—this will suit you.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead a civil crew day-to-day with hands‑on site leadership
- Coordinate works to hit program while keeping quality high
- Work closely with Project Managers and Supervisors to manage priorities, resources and sequencing




- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with site requirements
- Mentor and develop crew members—lift the standard across the board
- Maintain clear communication on progress, constraints, and what’s needed next

What We’re Looking For

Must have:

- Minimum 3+ years in a Civil Foreman role
- Local council road reconstruction experience (this is non‑negotiable)
- Strong capability across roadworks, concreting, asphalt, and drainage
- White Card + relevant construction tickets/licences

Highly regarded:

- Strong hands‑on concreting background
- Excavator tickets and solid machine experience
