We're partnering with a leading Australian consumer and technology business to appoint a Head of Business Technology (Supply Chain & Enterprise Applications).

This is a rare opportunity to lead the strategy, transformation and delivery of business-critical technology platforms across Supply Chain, ERP and Enterprise Applications within a fast-growing organisation.

Reporting into an executive leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring technology becomes a genuine competitive advantage, leveraging AI, automation and modern platforms to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer outcomes and support continued growth.

This is far more than a traditional technology leadership role. We're looking for a pragmatic, hands-on leader who is comfortable setting direction while remaining close to the detail. You'll be equally at home in executive discussions as you are working with Product, Engineering and Operations teams to solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the Business Technology strategy across Supply Chain and Enterprise Applications.
- Own the ERP roadmap and broader enterprise technology landscape.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Product and Operations teams to deliver scalable technology solutions.
- Lead technology-enabled transformation initiatives across logistics, fulfilment, planning, supplier operations and customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes and ways of working.
- Manage strategic technology vendors and SaaS partners.
- Oversee budgets,



commercial performance and technology investment decisions.
- Build, mentor and develop a high-performing team.

About You You'll likely bring experience from one or more of the following areas:

- Enterprise Applications.
- Business Technology.
- Supply Chain Technology.
- ERP Transformation.
- Retail, eCommerce or Consumer Technology.
- Digital Operations.

You'll also possess:

- Demonstrated experience leading technology transformation within complex environments.
- Exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP, Dynamics 365, Oracle, Manhattan or similar.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across Technology, Operations and Commercial teams.
- A hands-on, player-coach leadership style with a bias for action.
- The ability to translate business requirements into technology outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego approach.
- Experience operating within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
