Lead end-to-end Quality Engineering delivery and transformation for large banking programs, driving quality, automation, and faster releases.

Key Responsibilities

- Own QE delivery across functional, automation, performance, API, and non-functional testing.

- Lead QE transformation, Test CoE, and AI-driven testing initiatives.

- Drive test automation, CI/CD, Shift-Left, and continuous testing practices.

- Manage global delivery teams, stakeholders, governance, budgets, and delivery KPIs.

- Ensure high-quality, compliant, and predictable releases for banking applications.

Requirements

- 20+ years in Quality Engineering with significant leadership experience.

- Robust Banking & Financial Services domain expertise.

- Proven experience in QE transformation and large-scale delivery.

- Expertise in test automation, Agile/DevOps, CI/CD, cloud, and modern testing practices.

- Excellent stakeholder management and people leadership skills.
