About the Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager and leading a Purchasing Assistant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end supply chain across multiple warehouse locations throughout Australia.

This is a true leadership role where your ideas will be valued, your decisions will influence business outcomes, and your expertise will help build scalable systems to support continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead procurement and purchasing activities across domestic and international suppliers.
- Develop and manage strong supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, quality, freight and commercial terms.
- Oversee inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment and stock optimisation.
- Manage international supply chains, freight providers and import logistics.
- Standardise inventory processes across multiple warehouse locations.
- Ensure supplier compliance and imported products meet Australian Standards.
- Manage internal procurement requirements including facilities and warehouse infrastructure.
- Lead, mentor and develop the purchasing function while working collaboratively with Sales, Operations and Finance.





About You You are a commercially minded Supply Chain professional who enjoys balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. You thrive in a growing business environment where no two days are the same and are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to solve problems and support the wider team.

You will bring

- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing and inventory management.
- Strong supplier negotiation and commercial management skills.
- International sourcing and supply chain experience.
- Excellent planning, analytical and organisational abilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
- Experience leading or mentoring staff.
- ERP system experience (MYOB or similar) will be highly regarded.
- An interest in leveraging AI and technology to improve business processes will be viewed favourably.
