We are seeking an experienced, passionate and motivated Senior Skin & Body Therapist to join our growing team in our luxury Brighton clinic.

Working with industry-leading medical-grade technology, you'll help transform client's confidence through results-driven treatments while building long-term relationships in a supportive, inspiring environment.

Our boutique clinic is equipped with premium TGA & FDA-approved BTL Medical technology, allowing you to deliver exceptional outcomes using some of the world's most advanced aesthetic devices.

The Role:

Full-Time Position, Tuesday – Saturday

As part of our team you will:

- Perform advanced skin and body treatments using our medical-grade technology.
- Conduct thorough consultations and create personalised treatment plans that deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Build genuine relationships with clients through outstanding customer care and education.
- Recommend appropriate home care, skincare and wellness products to maximise treatment results.
- Maintain impeccable clinic presentation, cleanliness and treatment standards.
- Achieve and exceed KPIs for client retention, rebooking and product sales.
- Support clients throughout their entire journey—from their first enquiry through to ongoing maintenance treatments.

About You:

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves helping people become the healthiest, happiest version of themselves.

- Experience as a Skin Therapist, Dermal Therapist, Massage / Lymphatic Therapist or within a medical aesthetics clinic.
- A genuine passion for skin, body, health and wellness.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Confidence conducting consultations and recommending treatment plans.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- A positive, team-first mindset.
- A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
