RM Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to play a key role in supporting the operational teams across a diverse range of electrical contracting projects. Working closely with Project Managers, Supervisors and State Managers, you'll help build and maintain a skilled, compliant and project-ready workforce that enables safe, efficient and successful project delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, solving problems and making a genuine impact in a fast-paced project environment. Salary is up to $160k + super, based on experience.

As the HR Business Partner, you'll provide practical and strategic HR support across the business, including:

- Partnering with operational leaders to deliver effective people solutions.
- Supporting workforce planning, labour forecasting and employee mobilisation.
- Managing recruitment, onboarding and induction for both office and site-based employees.
- Providing advice on Australian employment legislation, Awards, Enterprise Agreements and company policies.
- Assisting with employee relations, performance management and workplace investigations.
- Ensuring compliance with licences, competencies,



site access requirements and employment documentation.
- Driving continuous improvement across HR systems, processes and reporting.
- Supporting training, workforce development and succession planning initiatives.

You'll be a proactive HR professional who enjoys working closely with operational teams and thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Experience as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or in a similar role.
- Robust knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
- Experience within construction, electrical contracting, infrastructure, resources or another project-based industry (highly regarded).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational workplace.
- Strong experience using electronic HR and people management systems.
- Sound judgement, professionalism and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.
