What you’ll do

- Design user interfaces and experiences for B2B products, focusing on usability and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve product usability.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance design processes and outputs.





Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, particularly in a B2B context.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Robust understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present design concepts.

Nice to have

- Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and techniques.
- Experience in working with Agile development teams.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
