Position Summary The Investment Sales Manager is responsible for driving capital growth by identifying, acquiring, and maintaining relationships with qualified investors. This role focuses on promoting Bayview Capital Partners' investment opportunities, raising capital, and delivering exceptional investor service while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage prospective investors through networking, referrals, and business development.

Present Bayview Capital Partners' investment opportunities to qualified clients.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and strategic partners.

Meet capital-raising and investment sales targets.

Conduct investment presentations and provide ongoing investor support.

Maintain a strong understanding of the company's investment products and market trends.

Prepare sales reports, manage the investor pipeline, and maintain accurate client records.

Ensure all investment activities comply with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.





Represent Bayview Capital Partners professionally at meetings, conferences, and networking events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment sales, wealth management, financial services, or capital raising.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Proven ability to achieve sales and fundraising targets.

Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach.

Reports To: Director of Investments / Managing Director

Location: North America and Europe
