YOU are an experienced and detail-oriented digital marketing professional with an excellent track record of delivering results for clients or in-house. You have a wide range of skills across digital performance marketing channels, you're a skilled communicator and a confident, resourceful problem solver.

What you'll be doing

You will play a key role in planning, executing and optimising digital campaigns across a range of clients and industries. Day‑to‑day, that looks like:

- Planning and managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, etc.
- Managing campaigns across high-volume, time-sensitive environments where performance during key windows is critical
- Monitoring performance and optimising campaigns to hit (and beat) KPIs
- Interpreting data and turning it into clear insights and recommendations
- Working closely with strategists, creatives and account leads to deliver integrated campaigns
- Managing budgets, pacing and reporting with confidence




- Staying on top of platform updates, trends and new opportunities

What we're looking for

You don’t need to tick every box, but ideally you’ll bring:

- 2–4 years’ experience in a digital or performance marketing role (agency experience a bonus)
- Experience managing campaigns in deadline-driven or high-frequency environments
- Solid hands‑on experience with paid search and paid social
- Exposure to programmatic trading platforms is a plus
- A solid understanding of analytics and reporting (GA4, platform dashboards, etc.)
- A curious mindset – you like testing, learning and improving
- The ability to balance detail with deadlines
- Clear communication skills (you can explain results clearly and confidently).
