Operations Consultant / Franchise Business Coach

About the Role

We are seeking a Franchise Business Coach to support franchise partners across a Victoria region. This hands-on, field-based role focuses on improving store performance, driving sales growth, and maintaining operational and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Build strong relationships with franchise partners and act as their primary support contact
- Coach and support stores to improve sales, customer growth and profitability
- Conduct regular store visits and operational reviews to ensure brand standards and compliance
- Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance
- Assist franchise partners with business planning and P&L; understanding




- Support store openings, handovers and training for new franchise partners
- Deliver in-store training on customer service, coffee preparation, food safety and operations
- Support national marketing campaigns and operational initiatives

About You

- Experience in hospitality, retail or franchise operations
- Strong relationship building and coaching skills
- Commercial mindset with understanding of store performance and profitability
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
