Position Descriptor Springbank Secondary College is an creative, student-centred school that empowers young people to achieve success through high-quality teaching and authentic learning opportunities. From 2027, Springbank is excited to introduce dedicated Special Classes, designed to provide specialist learning environments for students with ongoing needs. These students are currently enrolled at Springbank and will transition to the new model during Term 4, 2026.





This role will support inclusion leadership in collaboration with our B3 Inclusion Director and will be primarily responsible for leading and implementing intervention programs, as well as the daily management and allocation of classroom support SSOs. The successful applicant will also contribute to other areas of inclusion leadership, including funding applications, support for mainstream curriculum and pedagogy, transition processes, and our intensive support program.
