Part Time Pick Packers Wanted!! Smithfield Location

Our valued client, well-known, not-for-profit organisation focused on first aid, medical response, and community health support. It operates across Australia (and internationally) with a strong reputation for emergency care and public service. Currently seeking reliable and motivated Pick Packers to join their warehouse team.

This is a part-time opportunity suited to candidates available on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, working stable day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM in an Ambient warehouse setting.

Position Brief Below

Days: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
Shift Time: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Key Duties Include

- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
- Working with RF scanners and warehouse systems
- Labelling and preparing stock for dispatch
- Manual handling and carton stacking
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area




- Following Workplace Health & Safety procedures

Your Key Responsibilities

- Pick and pack products with a high level of accuracy
- Handle stock carefully to prevent damage
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required
- Work collaboratively within a team environment

Requirements

- Previous warehouse or pick packing experience preferred but not essential
- RF scanning experience highly regarded
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Good communication skills
- Reliable transport to and from work
- Two recent work-related references required
- Must be able to pass pre-employment Medical check
