Civmec is seeking an HR/IR Advisor to join our on-site team, supporting project-based environments across resources projects. You will partner with Project Managers, Construction Managers and payroll to establish and manage industrial relations frameworks and provide hands-on ER/IR support.
Reporting to the HR/IR Manager, you will deliver practical, commercially minded advice, manage ER matters end-to-end, and build solid site relationships while upskilling managers and teams in HR/IR processes.
