BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a Policy Harmonisation Specialist to harmonise policies, procedures and work instructions across BaptistCare, working closely with the Community Housing team to strengthen policy consistency and governance.

The role focuses on ensuring documentation is current, compliant and aligned with legislative and accreditation requirements, translating complex requirements into explicit documentation and engaging stakeholders to implement harmonised housing policies.
