About the Role

The business is now looking for two Junior Account Managers to join its Sydney team.

You’ll work within a small, high‑performing commercial team and partner closely with leadership, credit and operations to grow broker engagement and support loan growth.

Responsibilities

- Build and manage trusted relationships with commercial finance brokers
- Manage a pipeline of equipment finance opportunities
- Support brokers throughout the application and funding process
- Identify opportunities to increase broker engagement and loan volumes
- Deliver a responsive, accessible and commercially focused service
- Develop your knowledge across lending,



credit and equipment finance

About You

This chance could suit someone with experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Account management or business development
- Commercial, asset or equipment finance
- Banking or financial services
- Broker support or relationship management
- B2B sales within a fast‑paced environment

About the Market

Salary and Benefits

- $85,000 base salary + super
- Uncapped commission
