They are launching a new consumer platform and need an experienced Marketing Manager to own the client migration experience end to end on an initial 12-month contract basis.

What you'll own

- The full client migration communications strategy across email, SMS and in-platform messaging, guiding customers through the move with minimal disruption
- CRM journey design covering pre-migration notice, at-migration guidance, post-migration welcome, KYC nudges, first-transfer prompts and re-engagement of inactive clients
- Content supporting the transition: FAQs, how-to guides, video walkthroughs, landing pages
- Post-migration adoption and activation campaigns driving awareness and uptake of new product features
- Phased, market-by-market campaign execution across owned channels




- Cross-functional coordination with Product, Compliance, Data and Customer Operations to keep communications aligned with the program timeline
- Tracking engagement, retention and adoption data through each migration wave, adjusting the approach before the next market goes live
- Reporting against engagement, retention, activation and adoption targets to keep the program accountable

What you'll bring

- 8+ years in marketing, with hands-on experience managing communications through large-scale platform or product migrations
- Strong CRM and marketing automation skills (Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience highly regarded)
- Proven change management chops in fast-paced, matrixed environments
- Financial services, fintech or payments background highly regarded
