About the role

Morrows is looking for a driven and client-focused Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys leading teams, and takes pride in delivering high-quality tax compliance and advisory support.

Key responsibilities

- Take the lead in managing client relationships in a confident and professional manner.
- Consulting with clients and delivering high-quality advice on tax and financial matters.
- Lead and mentor a team, supporting junior staff through coaching, training, and regular feedback Lead with confidence, empathy, and accountability.
- Drive team performance, including financial targets, monthly billings, write-offs, and profitability outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with other business units, supporting our One Team service offering.
- Support and assist with implementation of divisional plan goals and specific projects.
- Manage and grow your own fee base.

About you

- Be degree qualified and have completed CPA or CA
- Have at least 8 years of public practice experience with demonstrate expertise in both tax compliance and advisory services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A highly organised and adaptable approach,



with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- A client-centric mindset with attention to detail and strategic insight
