What will you be doing?
- Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods and costs
- Review repair estimates, quotes and supporting documentation
- Build strong relationships with repairers and internal stakeholders
- Negotiate fair, commercial and timely claim outcomes
- Manage a portfolio of motor claims from assessment through to resolution
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the claims proces
What do you need?
- MITO Certificate III qualification as a Panel Beater or Automotive Spray Painter
- Minimum five years' post-apprenticeship trade experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident using computers and learning new systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- New Zealand citizenship or Australian working rights under the Trans-Tasman agreement
