About the role:

Supporting our travel agent network, you will provide excellence in customer service, have an eye for detail and build great working relationships across our supply chain to ensure our customers have the best holiday experience.

Working in reservations, your days are never the same. From booking someone’s honeymoon to a family of five’s holiday, the role is fast-paced, full-time, and built around teamwork.

The top priorities for the role include the following:

- Creating travel arrangements for customers – both travel agents and direct bookings.




- Booking and confirming itineraries; and
- Liaising with suppliers around travel arrangements

About You:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Systems/technology aptitude
- Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoy working in a team.
- Open to working on a shift roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Previous experience in a similar role and global destinations knowledge is a definite advantage.
- Previous knowledge of the Tour plan booking system is a definite advantage.
- Finally, a passion for travel is a must!
