Job Vacancy
Excellent opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and motivated Automotive mechanic with a minimum of 3 years experience to commence full time employment. This role is for Monday - Friday only & no weekends required.
As an automotive mechanic within the business, you will have the opportunity to work in a specialized industry with ongoing training and development.
You will be involved in the evaluation, repair and replacement across all makes and models of mechanical parts of vehicles including but not limited to:
- Diagnose and fix problems
- Suspensions front and rear
- Wheels and Tires
- Maintain records
- Provide timely maintenance of reports
- Adhere to OH&S;
The Candidate
You will not only be a qualified mechanic and hold an unrestricted drivers’ license, but will also possess a strong understanding of secure working practices and have exceptional customer focus. You must have excellent diagnostic and mechanical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with other members of the team and customers.
Key Skills
- Trade Qualified Certificate III Automotive Technology or Light vehicle.
- 3 years minimum experience
- High attention to detail
- Fault diagnosis capabilities
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- GWM/Haval Experience is advantageous
