Clinical Nurse Specialist (Gde 2) - Acute & General Medicine - Temp FT

Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.
Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and Relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years’ experience working in the clinical area of the employees specified post-graduate qualification, or such other qualifications or equivalent experience deemed appropriate by the public hospital or public health organisation.
Describe your experience providing complex nursing care within an acute or general medicine setting. In your response, outline how you apply advanced clinical judgement, critical thinking and evidence based practice to deliver safe, compassionate and culturally responsive care.
Provide an example of how you have effectively communicated and collaborated with patients, carers and the multidisciplinary team to coordinate complex care. Include how you managed challenges such as patient flow, discharge planning, conflict resolution, or contributions to quality improvement, risk management or workplace safety.
