Job Connect are urgently seeking experienced Multi-Ticketed Plant Operators for an international brand in the Waste Management Industry in the Ripley area.
As an experienced operator you will be joining a team of like minded and similarly skilled operators on a landfill to carry out compaction duties. You will not have to worry about green operators impacting your safety!
We are seeking experienced operators due to waste being a more complex material than regular fill or spoil to work with. This role is for those that have largely mastered their key machines and want to put it to use.
All listed tickets require at least 1 year of experience with these RIIMP ticketed machines to be considered competent. Multiple tickets preferred so you can be rotated around different machines.
Ideally candidates will have 2 or 3 of the following RII tickets rated in order of importance:
The successful applicants will be offered the following:
- Competitive Rate: $45.45/hr + Penalties!
- Good Overtime:
11 - 12 hour average hour days + some Saturdays available!
- Day-shift hours - 6am starts
- Weekly pays
- Ongoing work with Job Security within a large company that has proper safety processes
- Valuable rotation on equipment and training on further available machines to grow!
Permanent staff get additional allowances for:
- Multiple plant tickets attract additional $$ per hour
- Above Award Hourly Rate - higher wage
- Industry Allowances
- Meal Allowances
- Wet Weather allowance
- Get a Rostered Day Off - 12 RDO's per year
Note - successful applicants will need reliable transport to get to site as it is not public transport friendly. All applicants will need to pass a Drug Urine Screen prior to start.
