The Opportunity

Whiddon is seeking an experienced and values-driven Non-Executive Director to join our Board at a pivotal time in our growth. This appointment reflects Whiddons next phase of expansion and the Board's commitment to strengthening future capability, governance and long-term sustainability. As a Director, you will contribute to strategic leadership and oversight, helping guide the organisation through a period of growth, capital investment and sector transformation.

Working collaboratively with fellow Directors and the Executive Team, you will bring independent judgement, commercial insight and the confidence to provide constructive challenge, strengthening decision‑making and Board performance.

About You

You are an accomplished leader with experience operating at Board, senior executive or advisory level. You bring a robust governance mindset, combined with the ability to contribute strategically to complex, evolving environments.
