Landscape Construction to Maintenance Lead

We are a well-established landscaping business based in Mornington Peninsula and Bayside, specializing in high-quality residential projects. Due to continued growth, we're expanding our team and looking for skilled people to help us maintain our reputation for quality workmanship and genuine client relationships.

The opportunity

We're looking for a Soft Landscapes Specialist who can complete the Soft Landscape component of projects to join our team, working across our Build and Maintain divisions. You'll bring solid, hands-on experience in soft landscaping and project completion, and take the lead on smoothly transitioning finished projects — and their clients — into ongoing maintenance care.

What we're looking for

- Solid, hands-on background in horticulture, landscaping, or professional gardening
- Formal qualifications are a bonus — proven experience matters more




- Capable of completing soft landscape aspects of high-quality construction builds
- Confident managing the handover and transition of clients into ongoing maintenance
- Adaptable and comfortable with varied physical work
- Self-directed — able to spot what needs doing and take initiative
- Positive, reliable, good communicator, team-oriented
- A valid driver's license
