Resort is searching for an Outdoor Dining Assistant Manager (Waiter Supervisor) to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks. We are seeking a dedicated hospitality professional, experienced in food & beverage operations within 5-star environments to join our Food & Beverage Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high levels of guest experience and experience with budgeting and cost control skills.
This role will see you assist the Restaurants Manager in the daily operations of the Restaurant and in their absence lead and motivate your team.
Key Duties To lead by example and support staff to achieve high levels of professional conduct throughout the business on a consistent basis To set productive and successful SOP and ensure staff are working in safe and efficient practices To support the Director F&B; in communication and relations with all staff
Ensure all customer complaints are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer throughout the department
Work closely with technical team on drone support Skills: Previous experience in similar role within a 4 or 5-star environment and extensive knowledge of the food & beverage industry Budgeting and cost control skills
Knowledge of financials and payroll
Current Australian certified Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Qualification
Familiarity with systems such as Kronos system knowledge (preferred)
