You will manage a sustainable caseload through a mix of clinic-based, mobile, and Telehealth services, with the majority of your week based in our state-of-the-art facility alongside our collaborative team of 15+ dedicated professionals. Your work will be focused on building the functional capacity of our clients and empowering the supports around them.

We Are Looking For: ? Occupational Therapist (New Graduates, Clinicians, & Experienced Clinicians)

We welcome applications from both full-time and part-time candidates. Part-time applicants should be able to commit to a minimum of 3–4 days per week to support caseload continuity and effective client care.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

- Providing high-quality, individualised direct and indirect therapy services.
- Maintaining your sustainable caseload and upholding all professional standards.
- Supporting clinic growth by actively participating in team meetings and initiatives.

? Experienced Occupational Therapist - Leadership Pathway (4+ years experience) We are interested in experienced OTs who demonstrate strong clinical skills and a passion for quality care. While we are not recruiting for immediate leadership/mentorship positions, we actively support suitable experienced clinicians to grow into leadership pathways over time, including mentoring, quality improvement projects, and contributing to team development.
